5 Facts You MUST Understand if You Are Ever Going to Lose Your Belly Fat and Get Six Pack Abs

1. Many so-called “health foods” are actually cleverly disguised junk foods that actually stimulate you to gain more belly fat… yet the diet food marketing industry continues to lie to you so they can maximize their profits.

2. Ab exercises like crunches, sit-ups, and ab machines are the LEAST effective method of getting flat six pack abs. We’ll explore what types of exercises REALLY work in a minute.

3. Boring repetitive cardio exercise routines are NOT the best way to lose body fat and uncover those six pack abs. I’ll show you the exact types of unique workouts that produce 10x better results below.

4. You DON’T need to waste your money on expensive “extreme fat burner” pills (that don’t work) or other bogus supplements. A special class of natural foods is much more effective. I’ll tell you about these natural foods and their powers below.

5. Ab belts, ab-rockers, ab-loungers, and other infomercial ab-gimmicks… they’re all a complete waste of your time and money. How to Find Fashionable Designer Clothing at a Thrift Store By designyourlife

If you crave designer clothing but cringe at the price, start searching the thrift shops. Investing some time in learning about labels, styles, and quality fabrics can result in a high-end look with a very low price. Here’s how to hone in on quality goods on those jumbled racks.

Step1
Start in your own closet. Take note of your favorite labels, styles, colors, and fabrics. If you like vintage clothing, note which eras you prefer.

Step2
Read fashion magazines and window-shop at expensive stores and boutiques to familiarize yourself with the look and feel of high-quality clothing. Pay attention to labels and logos so that you will quickly recognize them. Get to know the feel of silk, wool, cashmere, linen, and fine cotton.

Step3
Check your local phone book for thrift stores, donation centers, church/mission shops, second-hand stores, and consignment shops. Map them on your computer and determine an efficient route that allows you to visit most or all of them frequently. Eventually you will get a sense for the turn-around of inventory at each store, so you’ll know how often to visit. Stores with fast turn-around are worth visiting once a week.

Step4
Once inside the thrift shop, learn the layout. Most stores have a rack of “just in” items that staff members are still placing throughout the store. Check this rack first. Also pay attention to displays and mannequins. If something even mildly interests you, put it in the cart. Quality items sell quickly.

Step5
Crowded racks can be overwhelming, but there is no need to look at every item. First scan the rack for colors or patterns that you like. Then go to one end, push everything away from you so you have some space, and start flipping quickly through the hangers. Fix your eyes near the label location, but also pay attention to how the clothing feels. Quality clothing feels heavier, more structured, more substantial, and more luxurious than cheap clothing. The longer you search the racks, the better you will become at scanning the rack and feeling “the good stuff.”

Step6
Once you’ve covered the racks that interest you and you have a few pieces in your cart, go to a quiet corner of the store and examine each piece. Flaws that can be fixed easily yourself or cheaply by your tailor include: seam separations, missing or loose buttons, broken zippers, loose stitches, drooping or torn linings. Flaws to avoid include: underarm or collar perspiration stains, other prominent stains, significant pilling on knits, faded fabric, mothball or musty odors.

Step7
If you must, try things on. But it’s much faster and easier to learn your measurements and carry a small retractable tape measure to size things up without wasting time in the dressing room. Remember that you are probably spending just a few dollars on the item, so if it doesn’t quite fit it’s no big loss. If your time is short and you like the item, take the chance and buy it.

Step8
Don’t dicker with the price. Most thrift stores don’t entertain offers on already-low prices, and if you gain a reputation as a valued customer you may get special privileges such as checking out the “back room” where fresh donations are still being sorted.
