The winter always leaves you a few pounds too many. September arrives, spring and the early days warmer and you realize the Michelin in the back, the belly is out and some considerable hips. While the curves have gained prominence, those extra pounds more and not let you bother to feel light and agile. This is not about miracle diets do. Will, patience, good habits and exercise are the perfect formula to reach the summer with your ideal weight. Follow these tips and lose weight is easier than you think:
